Manager, Reinsurance

Our client is a leading insurance broking company providing services to a wide range of clients in all sectors of the economy. The company’s present re-positioning strategy has created opportunities for talented professionals in the following key roles:

Reporting to the Head, Reinsurance Division, you will assist the Divisional Director in the day to day management of this key and rapidly growing Division. In this capacity, you will be responsible for monitoring the reinsurance impact on finance, managing actuarial and claims operations, and liaising with ceding companies on a day to day basis.

Degree-qualified with ACII/ACIIN professional qualifications and aged not more than 35 years, you will have a minimum of eight years’ insurance industry experience, with emphasis on reinsurance. Your prior experience will include the design and implementation of specific reinsurance projects, as well as the preparation of management, insurance and statutory reinsurance reports and returns, as well as reinsurance portfolio analysis.
