Pls I need your advice concerning my career

I was offered a job at a company, the pay is amazing but the position is a step below my position at my current job. The pay is low at my current job and not much room for a raise for at least a few months more. I’m a bit confused about what to do and will like to hear other opinions.

I think it’s important to remember money isn’t everything. What goals have you set for yourself – career wise and which job will help you achieve those goals? I think you should stick with the one that is more in tune with your life plans. However, be careful not to develop the habit of jumping at every seemingly ‘good opportunity’ that comes your way. Sometimes you have to be patient and put in the work and you will be joyous when you begin to reap the rewards.
